Despite the two-year-long Covid-19 pandemic, which caused many international activities to come to a standstill, ICOGroup remained resilient, sending more than 1,200 students abroad during the pandemic. This achievement was made possible through flexible solutions implemented by ICOGroup, including streamlining processes, improving services, and developing unique business solutions.

ICOGroup has received numerous prestigious certifications from foreign partners and local authorities, such as the trustworthy partner certification from Dong A University, honorary commendation from Hannam University, and recognition as an exemplary enterprise from the People's Committee of Bac Giang province.

In addition, ICOGroup places great importance on legal matters. They currently hold nearly 30 licenses for foreign language training, nearly 30 licenses for study abroad consultancy nationwide, along with licenses for employment services and sending Vietnamese workers to work abroad. All these licenses are publicly available on the official website of ICOGroup and at all units nationwide for parents, students, and partners to easily look up and learn about.
Especially in April 2023, during the 15th-anniversary celebration, a gratitude program for partners was organized at eight locations nationwide, once again affirming ICOGroup's position and professionalism. One remarkable milestone of ICOGroup is the establishment of the College of Engineering Practice, a joint venture school linked with universities and businesses. Students at this college will receive language and vocational training in Vietnam before transferring to complete their vocational programs abroad or directly working in developed countries. The expected scale of the college's training capacity will be 1,000 - 2,000 students per year.
