At the end of May 2025, ICOGermany, a strategic member of the ICOGroup officially inaugurated its representative office in Germany, marking a significant milestone in the Group’s expansion into the European market.
ICOGermany is currently the first and only enterprise in Germany with direct investment from Vietnam, licensed by Vietnam’s Ministry of Planning and Investment in the field of high-quality human resource development and supply. This represents not only a strategic leap in ICOGroup’s global expansion but also a powerful testament to the international integration capabilities of Vietnamese enterprises.
ICOGermany operates with the aim of seeking and establishing partnerships in Germany to accept Vietnamese students and skilled laborers. It also manages and supports ICOGroup trainees who are living, studying, and working in the Federal Republic of Germany, ensuring their rights and helping them integrate effectively. Furthermore, it focuses on establishing and expanding a network of language schools and vocational institutions in Germany to facilitate joint training programs, thereby creating a sustainable learning and career ecosystem for the ICO College system in Vietnam.
