Nantou County (Taiwan) Delegation Visits and Works with ICOGroup

On the morning of October 28, 2025, a delegation from Nantou County, Taiwan, visited the headquarters of ICOGroup and met with the Group’s leadership.

The visit was coordinated by Nankai University of Science and Technology (Taiwan), a strategic partner of ICOGroup, aiming to strengthen exchanges and better understand ICOGroup’s international training and employment orientation model currently implemented in Vietnam.

Representing ICOGroup, Chairman Nguyen Quang Tuan and Deputy General Director Nghiem Thi Thuy Tien warmly welcomed the delegation and shared the Group’s strategy for developing high-quality Vietnamese human resources through close integration between education, internship, and international employment.

The delegation included Mr. Lee Che-Hua, Director of the Nantou County Committee for Investment Promotion and Industrial Development, as well as representatives from local enterprises and educational institutions such as Yota Cycles (premium electric bicycle production and assembly), Kamak Dynamics (precision mechanical components and automotive equipment manufacturing), Dazhen, Huizhong, Ruzhi, Huasheng, and Nankai University of Science and Technology.

During the session, Nantou-based enterprises shared their demand for skilled labor and technical personnel from Vietnam. Some companies currently host ICOGroup students for internships through Nankai University.

The delegation visits the ICO Bac Ninh College Project Office

After the meeting at ICOGroup headquarters, the delegation continued their visit to the ICO Bac Ninh College Project Office.

The meeting took place in a friendly and open atmosphere, marking the beginning of practical cooperation directions among ICOGroup, Nankai, and Nantou in education, vocational training, and international human resource development in the near future.
